Dr.Ali Şener
I graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine which has more than 50 years of medical education experience and graduated as a medical doctor. I provided health services to approximately 45,000 patients in emergency and intensive care as a physician for 7 years, in public service first and then in private hospitals. Afterwards,I started to work as a health manager as well while doing my master's degree in health management at Okan University. I worked as chief physician and director for 10 years in private health service providers which provide world-class quality health care services in Turkey. I established a medical centre,special departments and intensive care unit in my hospital for the operation of complicated patients , included my hospital in the world-renowned JCI quality accreditation system.
I had the chance to communicate with patients from approximately 80 countries during both my management and medical practice. Knowledge and experience in health tourism was high in the hospitals I managed, and we welcomed more than one hundred thousand patients from Europe, America, Asia, Far Asia, Africa and the Middle East every year. Such patients consisted of patients who needed organ and tissue transplantation, cancer treatment, various surgeries, as well as patients who came for plastic surgery with cosmetic expectations.
Throughout my career as a physician and as a manager, I have taken care to listen to my patients and understand their expectations in solving their health problems. In the field of health care, there is a high information asymmetry between the physician providing the service and the patient receiving the service. I have observed that explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan to my patients in a way to answer their questions increases their compliance with the treatment and improves the success of the treatment.
I have decided to open a clinic focused on patient satisfaction based on the conditions which are necessary for increasing the experiences, expectations and satisfaction of my patients during the time they receive healthcare services, and I have established DALI HAIR CLINIC by combining my experience in medicine with my experience in management.
In DALI HAIR CLINIC, we aim to apply the highest quality standards, to meet the expectations of our patients in the best way and to keep patient satisfaction at the highest level while serving our patients with the most successful hair transplantation techniques FUE, Sapphire and DHI techniques.
I am a person who loves to live the beauties of life as well as working hard. I enjoy scuba diving, photography and Argentine tango.
